Peugeot is the 2nd biggest automotive constructor in Europe. Net sales by activity break down as follows:
- sale of vehicles (67.4%): 2.8 million specialty and light utility vehicles sold in 2013 (1,554,987 units under the Peugeot brand and 1,264,895 units under the Citroën brand);
- sale of automotive equipment (29.7%; Faurecia): front bumpers (No. 1 in Europe), exhaust systems (No. 2 worldwide), car seats (No.2 in Europe and No. 3 worldwide), modules and components for vehicle interiors, etc.;
- sales financing services (2.7%; Banque PSA Finance);
- other (0.2%): mainly production and sale of motorcycles.
Net sales break down geographically as follows: Europe (68.1%), Latin America (9.6%), Asia (6.2%) and other (16.5%).
